Just to share with parents whose kids are in student care and also going for the enrichment classes, what will happen is that after school, the student care teachers will quickly bring the kids to the canteen for lunch (meaning we do not have to bring extra money for their lunch during enrichment days). Then they will proceed to the respective enrichment class. Once done, either the instructor will send these kids back to the student care or the kids have to make their way there on their own (they have yet to iron these out with the school).

And i suppose since homework is the priority at the student care, students with homework will be required to ‘skip’ the proteach programmes (like the media world, maths booster, iLearning, etc) so that they can complete their homework for the day.
      Hope this helps.

that’s not the official school’s fb account… it’s his own account with the intention of connecting with parents…

as for the dentist… if yr child has some issues that u would like the dentist to take a look… u can give the dentist a call @68752073. They are open at Palm View every Friday. she will then call up yr child and take a look.
                Hope this helps.

Just receive a letter from Pro teach. Just to check if I were to opt for 1 week half day and the other 3 weeks full day for the Jun/Dec holiday, do I pay $75 or the full $100 surcharge?

                    Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Just to share here. I was shocked yesterday when I received my DD math assessment report from school… The number comparison skill was barely at the start stage after assessment. It did surprised me as DD doesn’t seems to have problem for math all these while and she did abacus lesson and pass the test as well. After reviewing with her, it was found that she doesn’t understand the word ‘total’ means? And she doesn’t understand what is meant by "how many left?". She claimed that teacher asked her to read more with parents, which sheis alalready avid reader. The lesson that I learnt from all this is, don’t leave things to school and kid, by assuming she knows what she do in her homework. Daily practice and exercise still essential to make sure she did understand the whole concept. It will get her more prepared for next learning steps.
