1E - English show and tell, so far didn't receive any papers. May be different teacher prepare their students differently.

yup - i asked the teacher & she mentioned giving out the copy of questions today for show & tell....so do look out for it tonight, mommies of 1E. πŸ˜‰

and gosh! ds had to do almost 10 pages of Maths homework last night.....
1E mommies comments??? and plus the \"Xin Peng You\" worksheet hw, we did till 10pm.....sigh.

i'm a FTWM so it is really pressurising when I hv to ensure all his hw is completed the same night before i leave for work the next morning....
any other FTWM has this issue???? 😞

            Dear mommies of 1G:
How you think for the above posting? My son seem like very free as not much homework, furthermore the β€œXin Peng You” is not required to submit to the teacher (as not all the students will buy this).

sigh..... dunno how when they move to teck whye

next year & spend longer on the road traveling &
then as a FTWM, i hv lesser time to guide him in
his studies since he has to sleep earlier for morning
              session next year..... 😞

              Dear anna,

I think different class has different method in teaching.
Like the show & tell thingy, we did not hv any form
of guide/sample till I asked the teacher then she said
today she will hand out to the kids.

I was quite amazed by the need to submit the \"xin peng
you\" hw coz i thought that is a magazine to be self-read
at home only???!!!??? but my ds says need to submit
& he is in 1H for CL. 😐
which class is yr son in for CL?

                  :? Strange !!

MT - she is in 1E Ms Yang, so far no homework at all and that \"xin peng you\" is for self reading only.

                      Hi mummies of IE,

I am confused also, my girl in 1E also doesn't have much homework and on the average like what mvelle09 had mentioned only about 2 pages. :? There was no homework when I checked with her last night except art.

MT - My girl is in 1A. No homework from \"xin peng you\" and is onlyfor self reading.

is there hw for art y'day for 1E? my ds said no hw for art. :?

and nobody has that 10 pgs of Maths hw y'day from 1E??
that's strange....my ds told me everyone was asked to
do those pages....unless he heard wrongly and wrote down
on his dairy wrongly..... 😐 sigh.....

normally, ds has only 1-2 pages of hw per subject as per
what the rest say; that's why i found it strange that
y'day my ds has almost 10 pgs of Math to complete
                        😐
