Can call up the school at home, ask whether they had received your online registration ?
Important -
Remember to ask for name of that person you talk to, over the phone.

Also ask this person over phone -
If u register online, how to know whether you will be informed of balloting or not, for yr distance ?
Are they going to call u on last day of 2C, SMS you, or what ?
Also ask -
When to get confirmation that school had already enrolled you successfully under 2C ?

Ya. I think it is difficult. It is a popular 2C school. Based purely on ballot history chart, last year SC >2km balloted.

Ya, somehow they didn’t update their database with ICA! My neighbor encountered the same error and she had her citizenship converted years back!

Now, joining everyone else in Phase 2C. Still going for HWS again. Wonder how it will be with a lower chance now...... Sigh. Sticking with HWS because it's the most convenient to my home.

Looking at phase 2CS for worst case scenario, which school do you think is a good backup for failed phase 2C for HWS again?

Sorry to hear that. Since you stay within 1km of Hong Wen, you have a better than average chance of getting into the school . Hope you can capitalise on that this time.

You will have to state what schools you have in mind for Phase 2CS for us to comment on your options.

Appreciate urgent help! I’m first time registrant, doing for my son, under P2C in the category SC- 1-2km.


1. Do I need to choose the MT language now during registration or can choose later?
2. I am looking between Hindi and Tamil (our choice school has both in-house). My hubby can support Tamil at home and we both can support Hindi. If we choose Hindi, would there be any disadvantage later vis-a-vis Tamil during the later years?

One of my neighbor just approached me with the same error msg. One of the parent had converted her identity from a PR to SC and somehow moe database wasn’t updated…

I’m applying for Princess Elizabeth also. Hopefully can get in as I find it’s a popular school in bt batik west.
