I think either would be acceptable. Note that it's 'batting', not 'battling'.

Can some experts help with this question–

Answer is "come". Our answer is "came".

Came is correct. You cannot have "heard" (past tense) and "come" (present tense) within the same sentence.

Should it be “Jun's lying'?[/quote]I think it's OK either way - \"Jun lying\" uses 'lying' as a verb; \"Jun's lying\" uses 'lying' as a noun.
