why don't you go for a short holiday break next week, since got 4 PSLE marking days (Tues - Fri) ?
Psle already over : enjoy yourself with your child -
If not around to collect results, wonder if its possible to collect from school later or MUST authorize someone to collect on the release date?

You can inform the school of your absence and collect later, or proxy someone to collect on your behalf. The (blank) proxy letter can be found in the Sec Sch Posting booklet. -
