        Hi shurley197323,

My son is in P3 now. I remembered that they had always has this \"Show and Tell\" sessions in P1 and P2. But we were not told if they are given any marks.
The kids have to bring around an item e.g. favourite toy, and with a given format from the teacher, give a little talk in front of the class usually about 5 mins.
I think it's a good way to built up their confidence to speak infront of an audience.

We live opp JWPs but register sone to JYPS after unsuccessful ballot in GW. Son is in Whispering Hearts Studen care, just walking distance from JWPS. Or you can try YMCA.

                Hi Yip
                YMCA student care is at Blk 666A, Jurong West St 65, #01 - 191. T: 67947759.
I visit both ctr and choose Whispering Heart bcos they seems to hv more outing during school holidays. Son in P1 already complain so \"boring\" during T1 break as he has to sty full day in the ctr.

                    Hi Yippee,

I hv at least 3 neighbour in my block who kids are in JWPS, these parents claim they opt for this sch for convenient only, just walk across the road. One of them is stay home mum n she give tution as part time. She didnt recommend it. With new principal, things could be better. Anyway, this sch under go upgrading this year (in MOE website)
Personally, I like GW and Xingnan (as said earlier, I was very impressed by their Chinese SIR).
