For those not having their dragon boating schedule tomorrow, and have CCA trials, do the girls need to wear PE attire or uniform?

My gal says she will bring one set of PE attire but wear uniform to school. She is doing CCA trial and she says may have to do sport CCA trial too .

Oh ok. But it's possible to just wear the PE attire straight right?

Hi! I guess the best bet is just to bring the PE attire these few days šŸ˜„

My dd went to dragonboating on Monday. There were 5 buses. Two of them were \"fighting\" to lead the way and there was a near collision between them. šŸ˜“

My dd absolutely loves the school! She came home chatted non-stop about the orientation, sport trial, concerts etc and how wonderful the school and the teachers are, and guess what, she thinks that the the seniors are the most awesome of all! She said the seniors really take care of them and how they respect them so much! I am so happy that my dd is enjoying the orientation, and she is looking forward to start class tomorrow!

A few sport cca approached my dd and told her that if she put the sport as first choice she will get the place, how does it works? For example, if she put dance as 1st choice, gymnastics as 2nd choice, basketball as 3rd choice, does it mean that gymnastics and basketball will no longer take her since she placed as 2nd choice and 3rd choice, although they approached her?

Btw there could be still a few round of auditions for the various CCAs. After the auditions, it will be a bit like DSA where there's Confirmed Offers, Waiting List, Rejected. If you have the CO and you put it as first choice, you will definitely get the CCA. The school encourages each girl to take up only one CCA cos of the time commitment. For those who want to take more, you have approach the teacher in charge, it is a case-by-case basis. So for e.g. if modern dance offers your girl a confirmed offer and she puts it as first choice, she will get modern dance, hence gymnastics and basketball can no longer accept her. (unless it is second CCA, which you will have talk to the teacher)

:hi5: Dd is enjoying herself too, it's the people that really make a difference in the school!
