@ thinking mum… You have a boy in HCI Year-1 too ?
DS had a great time yesterday too. The boys will be at Bishan Park today. Hope the weather remains fine & cool. Campfire tonight marks the end of Year-1 Orientation…
CCA Talent Identification is on Thurs & Fri. Have your boys decide which CCA(s) to join ? -
Nephew aka son. Live together under 1 roof!

NO idea on CCA yet.
Btw.. Parents are not allowed to attend the CCA Trail, right ? Read that some schools allow parents to attend.. -
May I know if the child is required to wear the school tie on every Wed (assembly day)? Do they wear the tie to school or put them on only during assembly?
-
Can I check for the PTM on 16 Jan, does the students need to be around? or its jus the parent? I realize there is an item to meet the form teacher.
Also, wat are the qn normally ask at the PTM? -

Thanks mc_007…
My boy had a great time at the Campfire last night. He cheered till he lost his voice (again) ! It was the first time DS attended a campfire, and he utterly enjoyed it !
Sports CCAs trials, today, seemed rather strenuous. DS came home with sunburn on his face & hands. Thot it was raining this afternoon ? -
My son said due to rain they did not trial for those track n field sports. Seems like not easy to get your choice cca if you do not have the talent. Now it is not join cca to learn and grow. Have to be good or ok then can join that cca. Haiz.
Wondering if he will end up with not spotted for any talent or whatever. Gosh. How to survive the years if he does not like the cca given? -
My boy aiming drama so today hope he can get shortlisted…
