My boy had a great time at the Campfire last night. He cheered till he lost his voice (again) ! It was the first time DS attended a campfire, and he utterly enjoyed it !
Sports CCAs trials, today, seemed rather strenuous. DS came home with sunburn on his face & hands. Thot it was raining this afternoon ? -
My son said due to rain they did not trial for those track n field sports. Seems like not easy to get your choice cca if you do not have the talent. Now it is not join cca to learn and grow. Have to be good or ok then can join that cca. Haiz.
Wondering if he will end up with not spotted for any talent or whatever. Gosh. How to survive the years if he does not like the cca given? :sad: -

Snggy, did yr boy got shortlisted for any sports CCA yst？if yes, chances of going in is higher if he likes the sport.

He said floorball has 2 rounds of selection. He was not selected second round so he said he probably on waitlist. Somemore he is using left hand stick when he plays in primary school but he was given a right hand stick ytd. Silly boy does not know how to exchange. Haiz. No eye see leh…I doubt he will be shortlisted for any for today’s talent scout cos he is not into it.

If the boys are not talent-spotted for any Sports or Visual & Performing Arts CCAs, will they be ‘allocated’ to Uniform Groups CCAs (without their consent) ?

Actually…what is the procedure to get into the CCA of choice? After yesterday trial, our boys will be call up to join in the CCA if they are talent spotted? or we need to fill up a form or something like that? Anyone know?

The result of the cca trials will be announced. From there the boys can indicate their choices (3, i think)
