So, if the boy isn't selected for the CCA, can he still join that CCA for recreation ? Like the good old days..

I dont think your ds will have time, but he can join 2 cca.

Since last year, the school is more relax in its handling of cca allocation for ip than o level track. The main reason is the cca bonus points are very important to the o level student final points results, and its an easy 2 points off if the student participate in an active cca

DS was from a Performing Arts CCA in Pri Sch, but he wants to join a Sports CCA in Sec Sch. Not sure if its possible..

Anyway, shall see if DS is 'spotted' for Performing Arts CCAs today..

My boy siad hv to take Malay. Why? We did not sign up for any 3rd lang. Hmm. Also his class is split into both hmt and ht kids. Mixture. Maybe only his class?

My boy got shortlisted for both Chinese and English drama…hope he can go in either one…
