You can try LCentral. The purely creative writing class is based on the revised syllabus. Almost all LCentral materials are revised versions. I'm not sure where you live but I know there is one LCentral very near to Braddell MRT station. Go check out that one. They have native teachers conducting the lessons.

SAHM Angelica here, I strongly recommend this place called Monsters Under The Bed, better than all other centres. My son went there once and he came back saying he loved creative writing and wanted to write more. Started studying writing by himself afterwards Can check out their website
