Most of the cleaning done. But home still appears messy cos gift giving not yet completed. More things need to be junked before end of the week. Planning to buy the CNY flowers and mandarin oranges next weekend. We do not have guests so no real need to decorate.

            Clothes bought and washed already.

It is getting simpler by the year.

Anyone has the chart on good days to start work?

I'm very particular abt this. Auspicious dates (Mind your own animal sign):

                At HDB hub today.

Many banks ran out of new notes and red packets.

Can't get myself to clean door frames...but what the heck, no visitors.

                  Changed quilt cover :rahrah:
                  Washed new bed sheets. :rahrah:

Bought sufficient meat to last 1 week after CNY weekend. :rahrah:
                  Too early to buy vegetables.

New clothes washed...it's only for 1 day.

I go out every now and then…so when I see any worth buys, I will just buy first…wait till CNY to get would be too rushed and ‘forced to buy’ situation.

My freezer is now full. Past experience taught me not to eat out during CNY period as I had food poisoning due to poor food handling. This weekend, I will get more eggs, bee hoon and instant noodles. Will ask my mum to help me cook some lard…干捞面 with some pig lard is heavenly.
