hoo dd from Compassvale previously, now transferred to Nan Chiau primary ( a very \"on the ball\" type of school, workload is heavy)

Rivervale primary may try her best to catch up, but Nan Chiau is still currently the #1 Top school, in Sengkang neighbourhood.

all those \"Nan\" schools are normally highly academically driven :
Nan Chiau, Nan Hua, Nanyang, Tao Nan, South View primary

Chongfu also another school : very \"on\" type

Yes. A lot of people reading kiasu parents forum, to get info.
School Principal(s) also read the forum, to hear what parents complain about

Yes. If you say good things about the school, it helps to raise the school profile. However, anything to criticize or feedback , I feel that parents should go directly to Vice-Principals (Admin) as they are in charge of feedbacks and complaints. MOE website is advertising for admin VPs. It's not an easy job.

maybe it's cos I was under the impression many new immigrants/PRs live in Seng Kang and Punggol where there's a dearth of \"branded\" schools. Those with high calibre kids usually aspire to and will eventually transfer their kids out of Northeastern schools to so called \"better\" ones in other neighbourhoods when their kids are older or after GEP/PSLE.

Also, most Singaporeans tend to be low profile. They don't openly declare their love for dream schools in various threads in a public forum, nor tell others which \"ordinary\" school their kid is currently schooling at. hehehe...but you're one of a kind who dare proclaim your dreams...so frank and honest. I like. All the best.
