Printing without a printer
-
To capture screen, I use either CTRL-PrtScrn or Alt-PrtScrn.

You can also save paper when printing by using http://www.fineprint.com
This gives you the flexibility to print a few pages of document onto 1 page. The freeware comes with an ad at the bottom but it does not matter if you are keeping your doc for reference only.
It also gives you the pdf version which is to print into PDF format and keep in your computer.
Both allows you to delete unwanted pages, which is useful when you print stuff off the internet.
So the 2 software has different uses. I use the pdf version to 'print' into soft copy when I don't need a hard copy, and use the fineprint to print the hard copy to save paper. -
I have been using a freeware called PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com
