What about collagen? I know a lot of people take collagen, either Meiji or Fancl or other brand. Can collagen able to compete with EPO?
I tried Fancl for around 8-10 mths. Also tried Meiji b4. Like NO effect on me leh. Probably becos i didn't consume regularly. -

Collagen is for firmness of the skin. At 30+, face would feel soft. From 40 onwards, one can notice that skin starts to sag at the sides of face.
I started Fancl collagen drink last Sep. As it is expensive, I don't take it everyday. 1 bottle every 2-3 days. I also use extra firming skin care products.
For menstrual cramps or delay menopause, I take TCM. -

I wanted to try EPO to see if it will help my almost monthly yeast infection. Gynae said it is mainly due to the Ph changes thingy.
But it's so scary after reading EPO can cause fibroids  I thought it is touted as the MUST HAVE supplement. -

Not sure if EPO helps with yeast infection, but probiotics does. I'm not a medical practitioner but have a personal interest reading and finding out more about natural/alternative therapy. Read that probiotics help to eliminate and manage yeast growth.I wanted to try EPO to see if it will help my almost monthly yeast infection. Gynae said it is mainly due to the Ph changes thingy.
Thru my readings, the brands Culturelle and ThreeLac are said to be reputable brands. I get my supplies by purchasing them online. -

1. Reducing your intake of sweet things
2. Eating yogurt on a regular basis -
Yep, I take probiotics regularly. Tried all available methods online such as oil of oregano, garlic, donโt take too much sweet stuff, tcm etc etc.
But still get it almost every month, though not so serious. Always about two weeks after menses. -

Schweppes... I was recommended the brand OMX by Dr Ohhira (Japan) for probiotics. It is for general health and healthy colon. There's a Spore distributor too. Pls let me know whether it is also good through your readings? Not sure if EPO helps with yeast infection, but probiotics does. May I know if there is any shops selling the Cultruelle or ThreeLac brand you mentioned. Personally I am not comfortable buying brands not sold in Singapore. What if it is recalled in their countries due to harmful chemicals? We won't be able to know.
