When MOE first announced about the new schools joining IP, i followed the news with some interest.

The location of the new JC was not mentioned anywhere.

Was it officially mentioned somewhere (I can't seem to find) that the new JC will be in Bishan prior to the news article in 2014? -

Is the new JC delaying its opening to students already in the pipeline or just the physical building being delayed ?
When Hwa Chong was born its first year was even in NJC ground -
