And my second question wrt the \"Extensive Rejuvenation\" that won't come cheap - does it signal that they are anticipating the kids will be parked there beyond 2020, as lee_yl has queried earlier...particularly as some land acquisition tussles are still ding ding dong dong...到底什么时候动土开工？！快说！

Let's not mix this with the other issue that is causing anxiety among parents. Anyway the analogy is not correct - the JC is still in the gestation period , it's not yet there so lets not compare it that way. It would only justify not having a name.

As you said it still in \"gestation period\" after 5 years and many last minute changes, do you begin to see the agonies the parents and kids facing ?

For me, a name is just that a name . I go with the bard on this. But again , I would like it to have a fixed and unique identifier. But that's just me. I am just saying let's focus on the main issue - this is a distractor.

the word \"Extensive\" somehow give us a feeling maybe got intention to park the 17 / 18 year old teenagers at Mount Sinai, for a longer period of time beyond 2019 : including new subsequent batches of IP students, while \"ding dong\" un-resolved stuff going on inside other ministries.

Since moe started the PRIME program they need a few sites permanently as holding site for whichever school undergoing PRIME. It is not just for the no name JC for one off use.

If any top school to be must have a full track and field then how come the NYPS does not even have one ? Their field is a triangle and the triangular track is even less than 300 meters … talk about fairness
