The first 2 simply means new school and new high school in english. After 50 years, I doubt people still want to call it 'new school'? Morever, at a glance, I thought I saw the word 'lychee'. College by the Park is too lengthy for a school name and it sounds abit like a place to have BGR. Having said that, I am sure there are some in this forum who like these names.
