      Yes, it is not suitable for everyone.


      Upfront, fees incurred are the buyers stamp duties and legal fees. The overall amount of fees paid will be less than the ABSD itself.

      However only couples of which both are relatively young and working in stable jobs would qualify. The couple should also have complete trust with each other.

              I think it’ll continue to soften as China is not doing well.


              Good to embark on an austerity drive now, save up and hold on to your liquid cash and standby to enter the market towards end 2016/17.

                  I was at Jurong East regional library yesterday, they have revamped the newspaper reading area. You can drop by to check out the Straits Times, 20th Jan.

                  The library keeps newspapers up to last month.

                    Yes, that's why I'm resisting the temptation to lock up too much in FD. Banks like SCB need $, that's why they entice us with abalones to lock in our $.

                    In finance & investment,we call this \"圈钱\" (legally)。银行在圈钱 as they foresee the slowdown。
