        For P3 Science :

How many Science periods per week, do your school conduct ?

Anyone's school conducting 6 periods for Science, per week ?
P3 is typically 4. Don't think any schools would have more.

          Rgps :
6 periods per week allocated for P3 Science, in their timetable

Total # of hours : 3 hours per week, for P3 Science
(based on 6 periods, half an hour or 30 minutes, each period)

Interesting. Their school hours are also 7.30 - 1.30, what are their subject allocations like?

Daughter only has 5 or 6 science periods but 10 math periods per week. Wonder why math and science periods are not equal…they are equally important. Art lessons can be reduced.

Excessive focus on academics will also be reduced.

my theory is, PSLE allocation is also not equal 🙂

The kids enjoy Art...there are intangible benefits to Art lessons (also only 2 periods a week?)

nah ! take above article with a pinch of salt

                      below article is reality.
No appeal allowed, if below COP, means :
emphasize even heavier focus on academic now

                      imagine !
one point below COP, now can't even appeal
