Another International Chess school is PowerChess Asia Pte Ltd http://www.powerchess.org (tel 9003 9113)

              They are quite established.

My friend sends his children there for lessons and they have been winning trophies.

Apparently many of the top local junior chess players learn chess there.

Really would appreciate to hear from parents whose children are into chess.

My son is 12, we live overseas but will be returning to SG very soon.

He's interested to try chess ... where is a good place to sign him up?

I tried to contact power chess, but they are quite expensive ... then again, I'm not sure how much it costs elsewhere.

Searching for a chess school/club ... :boogie: ... grateful for some good recommendations ... TIA! šŸ˜„

Hi, another one which I heard is quite good and there are a number of Nanyang and Pei Hwa students taking lessons there. It has both group and also private 1-on-1 lesson.
