      SA1 timetable is out!

Now, I have dates of all the exams. In February, dates of prelims and psle were released.
Whew! So relieved ‘adaptations’ will not be included for SA1.

Just to clarify... is NETS same as Tessellation?

NETS is like opening up a 3-d object. Or
Like cutting a paper such that it can be folded into a 3-d object.

Tessellation is arranging the same pattern repeatedly without gaps

:siao: Will wait and see... thank you!

i only managed to squeeze in 'web of life' revision...hope 🙏 SA1 doesn't include adaptations. daughter told me science teacher has been getting class to do MCQ questions in PSLE booklet for homework...there is english daily revision well for editing, synthesis and comprehension, so can hold back on my side.

My dd's school has not covered web of life nor adaptations yet. They have finished forces and are currently doing topic on energy.

Your schools are really fast! My dd's school just started on Forces. They did energy for CA1. Web of life and adaptations, Man and his environment all not covered yet. For Maths, they just started on Circumference and areas of circles. No nets or pie charts yet.
I remembered they dont do the PSLE booklets so early. Only a few weeks before PSLE.
All schools prep for PSLE differently though.

Time flies. 3rd week of term 2 already yet my DD has not started on her revisions. I am 😓 :nailbite: :frustrated: 🤷 but she is still nonchalant. I dread the coming SA1 :xedfingers:

Dd took psle last year, has no tuition. I resign my job mid last year to fight the battle with her. You have the whole of June holiday to prepare. 加油!

Don't panic. In Primary 6, CA1/SA1 are no longer important unless you are trying DSA. Its just revision n test of how much you know n which areas of weakness to improve on. The big pix is PSLE.

There is still time to start working on PSLE during June holidays. Best not to overdo it as it may lead to early burnout. So long as your child is consistent in her daily work, there shouldn't be any issue.

In recent years, PSLE is now more manageable than before, so calm down.

                        😄
