Thanks iRabbit. Just popping by for final look see, and to find out if there are any changes to the DSA criteria (most likely not, since some schools already held their Open Houses).

I donch think there are much changes in the process vs previous years. There will be some baseline which the kids have to meet but the chance of one getting a CO really depends on how you fare against the competition.

Any parents with kids in music programme? I am a parent of a P6 student.

Would like to find out what is the standard of intake like (eg need abrsm grade x in theory, grade x in practical).
Any other info like difference between MEP syllabus vs NJC music programme (or are they the same?), lessons conducted during curriculum time? Get in through DSA or PSLE posting? Etc.

Hello

My daughter is in P6 this year. She is applying for SOTA DSA as she is interested in visual arts. In case she does not get in SOTA I was thinking of NJC as second choice for DSA as they have AEP for visual arts here . I would like to ask the students or parents of students of NJC some more information about this program.
1>Do the students have to do other CCA as well if they have taken AEP?
2>is the DSA procedure very competitive?My daughter has got very good results for academics in p4 and p5 but has not participated in external competitions as maths olympiad etc.
