The annual CMA competition is coming up in May! This year, registration is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Kovan is given 48. How about other branches? Kaypo-ing 😉

I feel this is better as last year's participants were overwhelming. And the trainers probably encouraged everyone to participate. I wonder why the centre doesn't allot places to the best students...I suppose it is to give everyone a fair chance to participate?

      Will you participate this year?

Each centre is given a % based on the number of students they have, so the best ones will be selected first, if there are more than the number they can send in, the students will go thru an elimination round. That’s my understanding from the info given by my DD’s teacher.

Yeah, we were informed of the competition and told to submit the form fast… but don’t know if we had submitted on time or not.

This makes more sense than a strictly 'first-come-first-serve', I think. Which branch is your DD from JCE?
