The developer mentioned that there will be a sheltered linkway to compasspoint, not sure is it underground...

I feel tat La Fiesta pricing is quite reasonable, taking into account tat it is juz beside SK mrt stn & bus stn.

The only pitfall is it is very near to the LRT, but heng it is not noisy. :snuggles:

I beg to differ. In sg, any project besides or near to mrt (less than 5 min walk) is a gd bargain :rahrah:
