A mother of 4 kids killed her children, then commit suicide. Her husband commit suicide after handled their funeral. Very sad

Everyday I wake up to depressing news of the chaos in the world.

Water heaters are conmon if not essential in homes, childcare centres, hotels and hospitals. How can we prevent this from happening again?
