"Received sms at 6.39am, successfully posted to her first choice, RGS, 261."

You can call the RGS General office now, they defintely can tell you what is the T-score cut-off.
Because the deadline for appeal is tomorrow 12PM.

Yes but not all area though. You can check with the bus operators, They usually setup 'booths' in canteen.

Applications will open from Wednesday 21 December 2016, 12:00pm to Friday 23 December 2016, 2:00pm. Printout of completed Online Application Form and the supporting documents must be submitted in person to the RGS General Office, which is open Mondays to Fridays, 8:30am to 4:30pm, except public holidays.


Any idea what type of documents or reasons would lead to a successful appeal?

My DD is joining the Raffles family! Can anyone share what is this elective program about? I understand that the timing clashes with the 3rd lang. Is having an elective program better than 3rd lang?
