I think no overnight orientation camp. Just day camp til Friday..

Oh actually boarding is quite good for them. One term per year, like NJC, is good to train independence. Too bad they don’t have.

Wah today only 2nd day of school, its already 4.30pm and DD (in 1D) still not back from school yet.

Starting to miss DD already!!

I think have to get myself ready to have less and lesser time with DD for coming years…

I think the lessons end at slightly different timing per day.
Usually Tues and Fri are CCA days and students likely to leave the sch after 6pm.

Hi mother777, you may refer to the green piece of paper that we received on the registration day. It contains schedule information such as the reporting and dismissal time during the orientation week.

Attended the year 1 parents briefing and CCA showcase today

Was running late from work and rushed to school.

Once inside auditorium, I happily went and sat among Sec 1D parents group. So when the time came to view students at the badge pin up, I couldn't find my dd among 1D class students. So was wondering where is my dd :?

Then suddenly realised my DD is in Sec 1 H, and my P1 Son who is in Primary 1D.
Hahaha was so embarrassed at myself...that I mixed up my kids school class... :oops: :slapshead:

Anyway later I silently run over to 1H parent group and pretend everything was ok :boogie:

Really impressed by all the CCA showcase done by seniors. Hope DD gets into her preferred CCA.

Guess rest is over as next week lessons will start...
