* Eunoia JC (EJC)

How come the JC campus look so small? Is the stadium a public stadium or belongs to Eunoia JC? Any swimming pool? Seen like it will be a high rise JC…

Was wondering why the stadium is shared ?
Tot the school Shld have some track n field facilities instead of sharing with the public? -
I’m guessing that the track and field belongs to Eunoia, as well as some of the facilities. Maybe only a small space caters to non-Eunoia usage…
Bishan already has a stadium near Junction 8… -

Maybe can ask the Principal : which part of Eunoia Jc kept for own use, and which part to be shared for public use. And reason behind why like that -
Near my place there is this Pek Kio CC which is co-located with Farrer Park Primary School. They share state-of-the-art facilities like a 200-seater performance theater, dance studios and indoor sports hall.
In this new era, I suppose this arrangement is necessary to optimise land use. So EJC students will probably get to enjoy Starbucks at Bishan North CC (like the one in Bishan CC) while allowing part of its facilities to be accessible by the general public. -
Not just cafes, f&b or convenience store tenants (if any) but the reading/study rooms perhaps? They are necessary as there is only a McDs and some eateries at Amk-Bishan Park.
Sharing of hardware:
For years, many existing junior colleges and indept schools have been sharing (leased/thru booking) their hardware such as track and field, badminton courts and swimming pools with the public/private swim schools (ACE, Swim Fast, AQUATIC Masters). During certain permitted times of the day, you may see the elderly doing taichi or joggers at some JC stadiums. That said, I think that elevated stadium belongs to EJC and will be used mainly by EJC students during their school hours.
