Not just cafes, f&b or convenience store tenants (if any) but the reading/study rooms perhaps? They are necessary as there is only a McDs and some eateries at Amk-Bishan Park.
Sharing of hardware:
For years, many existing junior colleges and indept schools have been sharing (leased/thru booking) their hardware such as track and field, badminton courts and swimming pools with the public/private swim schools (ACE, Swim Fast, AQUATIC Masters). During certain permitted times of the day, you may see the elderly doing taichi or joggers at some JC stadiums. That said, I think that elevated stadium belongs to EJC and will be used mainly by EJC students during their school hours. -

General Philosophy & Political Science esp that related to Contemporary China and United Nations 101 are pretty useful. Not sure if HCI DHS RV cover political systems under their internationalisation/world readiness programmes. I know RI has Philo.Great! Congratulations to you! I think you should post it in the Eunoia JC thread if you haven't.
IP students don't take SS. WRP is not really SS. They do take on modules like Cooking and Philosophy, according to my DS. But there is a large part of WRP that requires them to understand Political Systems of other countries and Contemporary China.
Also not sure what exactly the 3 EJC feeder schools cover under WRP. If it's a fraction of what our bilingual govt scholars and officials are covering at Tsinghua, that would be great. Neither our Foreign minister nor Defence minster attended this public administration course run by Tsinghua. We need more leaders who understand Contemporary China. -
@ CHS / SNGS / SCGS Y5 parents..
How was your DS / DD's first day @ Eunoia JC ? Do they like the temporary campus, and their new friends ?
Are there any logistics or other issues to take note of ? Please share. Thank you..

Everything went smoothly for my dd's first day of school. The transport arrangement to shuttle the students to the school in the morning is really useful and convenience for those staying far away. No complain from her so far about the temporary campus and friends. She looked@ CHS / SNGS / SCGS Y5 parents..

Since this is the first batch, wonder what will be the COP.
Best of luck for students receiving their GCE O Level results tomorrow. -

May be slightly higher points since it is a new JC and has no track record, so people will be more cautious?
