When will I be able to see the past balleting history and the current one this year? Are there any links?

You can see past balloting history here -> https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/article/singapore-primary-1-registration-school-balloting-history/
There's no link to current year. You can monitor as and when the phase is ongoing. And you'll see the \"history\" once the balloting in that phase ends and all seats are allocated. -
Thank you for your info.
I was from Bt Panjang Pri, and I stay within 1km from Nan Hua Pri. I’m in a dilimma of which one to go for. Going for NH will be under 2C. In terms of environment, curriculum, stress level and cca, anyone can advise? -

noun: a situation in which a difficult choice has to be made between two or more alternatives.
I doubt there's a dilemma here because they are not equal alternatives. Both schools are in different phases and while you are guarantee of a place in Bukit Panjang Primary in Phase 2A, you will have to risk balloting at Nan Hua at Phase 2C at very long odds (and you can't choose Bukit Panjang Primary in Phase 2C as it will also ballot within 1km). Maybe the real dilemma is whether you want to risk balloting or not.
If you can handle the logistic requirements for Bukit Panjang Primary, i.e. figuring out a way for your kid to get to / back from school everyday, go for Bukit Panjang Primary in Phase 2A. Saves you the stress and possible heartache of balloting at Nan Hua. Otherwise, just go for Nan Hua and hope for the best, as well as prepare for alternatives in Phase 2Cs. -
TCH:
go back to your old school (Bukit Panjang primary) is the safest, either under Phase 2A(1) if got alumni, or under 2A(2) for ex-student. No more dilema, if enrol your kid back here.Thank you for your info.

reason ?
(touch wood, hope don't happen to u)
in the event of failed balloting at Nan Hua under Phase 2C -
can't even go back to your old school Bukit Panjang primary, anymore.
Why ?
because first, u need to withdraw from Phase 2A school (ie. Bukit Panjang), before allowed to proceed with balloting, at Phase 2C (Nan Hua).
What's left behind will then be those remaining vacancies left in those schools under Phase 2C Supplementary.
And out of these left-over schools : best to consider those less than 1 km, because Phase 2C(S) schools sometimes may also encounter balloting, depending on your distance range, from the Phase 2C(S) school.
Except for Phase 1 (sibling) : from Phase 2A onwards to Phase 2C(S), it is possible to encounter balloting.
But, if you're a risk taker : can try your luck at balloting for Nan Hua.
It is all up to you : u need to ask yourself honestly the qn: whether can accept schools under Phase 2C(S), or not ?
There are some parents, who do not mind schools, under Phase 2C(S).
note
All parents who are mentally prepared to try their luck balloting at very hot, popular schools under Phase 2C (this is the most intense competitive Phase, fiercest, because it is open to public) :
likewise must also mentally prepare a few back-up schools, under Phase 2C(S), in the event of failed balloting.
Why ?
because during adrenalin heart-pumping fast, nerve-wrecking balloting, whether your child's ping pong ball can roll out of the fast, rotating spinning cage, or not (like lottery):
your luck on actual balloting day itself can swing ... either way. Balloting result : is either IN or OUT :nailbite:
Phase 3 (for foreigners) : do not have balloting, because SG MOE (MInistry of Education) determine whether foreigner kids can study in local schools, or not. For Phase 3 itself, primary schools are not involved, in the picture. Everything is controlled & decided, by MOE (HQ). -

Well said as usual, Phtthp...
TCH, You can find NH curriculum, CCA, past year balloting info on the school website. The only \"stress\" my dcs found fairly frustrating was HCL, the only subject they can't be lackadaisical about. -
Am wondering if the news of primary schools merging will affect this year's P1 registration. :scratchhead:

The schools that merge are not popular schools, i.e. still got spaces left in P2Cs, to begin with.
Nothing much would have changed.
