Thanks for your reply. Do you mean intake of only "80" for all DSA domains? I had the impression that DSA intake for previous years is up to 50%, and if sec 1 intake is about 400, then DSA acceptance should be about 200. If it’s "80" for this year, then it’s a significant reduction.

Hi, does anyone know what is the DSA intake number for this year, and roughly how many for each domain?

During the parents talk during the dsa trial, it was mentioned. \"80\", I think (if I remember correctly) for all DSA, no breakdown mentioned. It was a reduction from previous year. Not sure what will the total number of sec 1 intake.

For 14 sports cca, there will be 30-50 offer, about academic, no idea. But I have the impression that it is 35% of intake, can't remember where to get it.

To stay in IP, acad MSG cannot be more than 3.0.

Hi! My son is in sec 4 this year and he is doing fine without tuition. His workloads look okay to me as he seems to be quite relax most of the time. The best part is, he told me that he enjoys school and is very happy at school everyday.

I guess how heavy is the workload also depends on how the kid prioritizes the work, for example, my son did not really put in a lot of effort for project or quiz that has very little weightage :oops: but my daughter (IP year 3) on the other hand, puts in equal effort for everything, so my daughter is very busy and her \"workload is very heavy\".

Anyone here whose son went to HCI without any accompanying friends from primary school?

Traditionally, my son’s primary school only has 1 or 2 kids, if not none, going to HCI. I am wondering how difficult the adjustment would be for my kid without knowing anyone in the School. Plus he isn’t taking HCL now. Hmmm.
