Sorry to ask this silly question. If a school need to ballot in phase 2C <1km, does it mean those in phase 2C 1-2km will stand a lower chance and unlikely to get a place in the school? I am using grandparent's address to register so will fall under phase 2C 1-2km category.

If address is outside 1km, likely no chance to get into Chongfu. Even under 1km may need balloting. Best to have two or three other alternatives.

I am staying in woodlands too! Previously moved from Ang Mo kio and have no idea about the primary schools in Woodlands. I am considering enrolling my son into Woodlands Primary , solely based on the fact that it's my husband's Alma mater and the chances of getting in should be high. My other preference would be greenwood because it is just beside ( literally beside ) my blk.
