Hi, i am also looking for serviced apartments in Melbourne in June as well as apartment at Great Ocean Road as we intend to stay a night there.... any recommendations??

I was in Melbourne last Dec. We stayed at the Darling Towers on Collins in Melbourne City. Booked through their website and got quite a good rate for a 2 bedroom apt with kitchenette. Highly recommend as it’s smack in the middle of the shopping belt and easily accessible to train station and eating outlets.


For Great Ocean Road, we stayed at the Whitecrest Ocean Road. This is more pricey but it has a fantastic view of the Great Ocean Rd.

ideally how many days should we stay there ? Is a 5 day tour enuf ?

And Great Ocean Road worth to pay A$120 (Adult) & A$60 (kid) to visit?

We followed group tour by CTC. But on the last day it will be either Free & Easy or follow their optional tour to Great Ocean Road.

Ok..thank you so much for the info....anybody went there before in June? Any special things I need bring along for kids? How cold would it be? Really no ideas at all....
