Once upon a time it used to be guaranteed insurance... in recent years not so. -

(Ai Tong, ACS, MGS (BT), SCGS, Nan Hua, RGPS ) : $ 500

Actually still not so bad lah... apart from a handful of schools, the rest still pretty much guaranteed.zac's mum:

For those handful of schools, just need to shift < 1km to be double safe. -
