Yes, but if you're balloted out in Phase 2B, probably you should also consider other school in Phase 2C. -

Does anyone have any updates for CHIJ OLN ? I was there pretty early in the morning and there were already 30+ registrants for 75 places! Worried that we might face balloting at this phase

oh ya, then probably very few in 2b will apply and withdraw in the same phase. better to just monitor and then apply to 1 school on day 2.
this is normal. parents will secure a seat in phase 2A and then monitor vacancies under 2C...but didn't know those in 2B will withdraw. I remember we were so happy when we received the confirmation letter after registering in 2B.BnW:
agree.. or it could be my fren's case where they got a place in phase 2a via alumni but are now monitoring to try to get into a popular school within 1 km of their home in phase 2b. -

Unlikely bah. Because majority of those eligible for 2B would have alr registered on 1st day. Guessing 2nd day probably +2 to +5. Numbers would not have jumped so much for 2B. -
