2018 P1 registration exercise for 2019 intake

Will there be chance to ballot for Mee Toh in 2C as i stay between 1-2 km? Thinking to try Mee Toh in 2C, if cant get then go for Waterway in 2Cs

But the % of withdrawal vs those who applied in 2a1 is really tiny.


Very tough to plan with such small numbers moving.
