Somebody from one of the earlier phases very kindly shared this in KSP forum. The format of the SMS looks like this...
MOE: [Child’s Birth Certificate No.] has secured a place in [XYZ] PRIMARY SCHOOL at PHASE 2A1. Pls report for orientation on 17 Nov 18, 08:30am.
For lahgal, this is the one you will like to see:
MOE: [Child’s Birth Certificate No.] has secured a place in MAHA BODHI SCHOOL at PHASE 2C. Pls report for orientation on 21 Nov 18, 08:30am.
From successful applicant for MBS in Phase 2B, so I just changed the B to C only.

It wont be exactly at 8am. The SMSes are sent out in batches.... parents can expect the results between 8am - 8.30am based on feedback from phase 2B.8am...guess parents will be making sure their mobile phones are just beside them 2moro.

Better make sure NOBODY calls at that time or else when the SMS comes in you can’t read and will scream at the caller (even if its your boss) LOL

I remember hubby reboot his mobile phones and made sure the sms tone is set to the loudest. -
wonder if its just a 1:1 balloting or it has other parameters
