hi, maybe this has been ask many times..here goes another one...


Whole family will be travelling end Nov when PSLE result will be out. Can anyone advice whats the procedure/s , eg do we have to inform the school? will results be mailed to us? or collect the result slips after we return? or we can sent a proxy?...etc

as usual, will be an exciting moment when the results are announced.

It’s best you’re at least present to submit yr S1 Option Forms, unless u hv access to internet whilst overseas. You need not be ard for the Release of S1 Posting results unless u’re the kind tt want to know & see outcome of yr S1 Posting. I’m not sure abt getting the S1 Posting Form ahead of time fr school admin so u can pre-sign & get a relative to post to school. Please check with sch admin. I’m sure online application won’t open early for access.

Can anyone share with me, how many years of actual PSLE past papers did your kid do? Someone gave me the 2012 to 2014 PSLE papers. Should keep or throw?

Hi, for Chinese language, format has been changed since last year, hence 2012-2014 is outdated. For Math, this year is the new syllabus and Science marks allocation has been adjusted too hence I think 2012-2014 one is not really a true reflection of the psle style. For English, I seriously have no idea. My personal opinion is can throw and focus on the 2017 one.

Thank you! Yes, I have given away the chinese ones because my kid is in the new syllabus.

It's quite a lot to keep. I can now imagine why people have one stack as tall as their kid after PSLE.

If not looking at how marks allocated for eg…can we treat those questions as just practise questions? I dont have any psle papers but just looking at my own rescue method of using past year papers, will these past year papers become ‘obsolete’ too?
