south view is traditionally <1km balloting with a 2:1 odds.

1. what is your threshold for balloting at south view.
2. For olqp, if it has more than 53 vacancies left at the end of 2C, good chance of SC to go through in 2Cs. (you need some monitoring).

This information will know only if we go to school in person? Please help I want to know if I can get the school I’m looking or not. If not I can apply to other school in 2 C itself.

Call the school to get the stats. Most admins are friendly.

Monitor both schools on last day and see which odds better. RGPS probably >2km ballot and Pei Hwa <1km ballot anyway

Use onemap.sg. The exact distance, right down to the decimal point, is irrelevant.

In any case, the answer is: at best, a balloting chance. You may want to consider another girls' school, e.g. SMPS, CHIJ OLQP if you want more certainty.
