There’s only 101 spots...if all 117 are <1KM, the rest can close shop already. Will the school reveal how many are less than 1km in their live tracking stats?

I just called the school and they informed me balloting is required for Singapore citizens within 1km. Those btw 1-2km can withdraw their applications liao.
