No...article says they will organize the form class like how primary schools are doing mixed ability class SBB now. Eg some schools will have form class RANDOM mix of students (all streams), some schools will have form class based on SAME CCA (all streams)...or whichever other way the school chooses.

The SBB refers to pull-out classes for each subject. Eg for English, those taking English at G1 level - all go to one classroom. Those taking at G2 level - all go to another classroom. And so on...[/quote]

They will still have interactions because subjects like cce, music, d&t, pe, art, fce, etc will be together in the form class.

The idea is to create bonding as a form class, cutting across the demarcation/discrimination of Express/Normal stream as a way to define a student (who may for example be taking 3 subjects at Express level and 4 subjects at NA level and 1 subject at NT level).

What do you guys think about memorising PSLE Booklet B Science answers for past years PSLE questions from past few years? I have come to know of parents forcing their children to memorise to score but come on, what if the child has never seen 2019 PSLE Science Booklet B questions before and do you think they will still do well ? Understanding the questions and applying the correct Science keywords should be way to show application of answers instead of regurgitating answers which may not be relevant to questions in 2019 PSLE Science Booklet B.

Total (4 subjects) = 353

you scored two A * (your child is strong in Maths and Science), plus two A for languages (English and Mother Tongue)

English : high A (very close, to grasping a star in your palm. Only 3 points away, very close, it is within reach)

Mother Tongue : 79
(need to improve. Check which component, pulling down your child. Work harder at weak components)


your T-score, can range from approximately ... 254 to 264.75, depending on which multiplier effect (0.72 to 0.75)
it is better to stay conservative

if 353 x 0.72 (most conservative) = 254.16

if 353 x 0.73 =257.69

if 353 x 0.74 =261.22

if 353 x 0.75 (more optimistic) = 264.75

tomorrow Thursday (5 September) : schools celebrate Teacher's day, dismissed @ 12 noon.

Friday (6 September) : Teacher's day, no school

hence, one week September school holiday break, effectively start tomorrow Thursday.
After the one week break, PSLE Listening Comprehension begin (20 Sep 2019), followed by actual PSLE

Stay conservative with a 254 T-score and target at least this for PSLE. It will be a bonus to get more of course.

Is it normally multiple by 0.72 will be a better gauge . I am trying to guage my ds score too
