Yes, there's homework for almost all the subjects if not all. Usually no projects. The sch may add more hw if your child does badly in the year-end examinations. Your child might need to return back to school for supplementary classes or CCA too.

      Thank you for the info!

Guess we won't know the details of these holiday commitments till much later?

Yep. Details are usually given out the week before the holidays.
That's hard to make plans then. Any idea if supplementary classes tend to be held in particular weeks? Like the first week of hols?

Is there both O levels and IP track in RV? I’m also curious to know if the morning assembly is held in chinese or English?

RV has no O level class. Very few kids are retained also, like 2-3 in my kid batch.

Relying on science notes and worksheets alone probably enough to pass. You need to do practice papers to do well.

where to get the practice paper?

maybe get your child to check with librarian, whether River Valley High library inside stored past year exam papers, for IP students to zap ?

                If have, good.

If don't have, maybe approach his or her seniors, to borrow and zap ?
There's a red / blue tee with just the words Li Hua in white. Those are JC tees?

The facils were in orientation tees but some were in red and some were in blue. My DD said the ones in red are in Sec 2. Not sure abt the ones in blue who seem to be older.

Red and blue tees with Li Hua are house tees. Orientation tees are in different colour each year, therefore look out for the year print, this is the same for y lead tees. Then there are tees for PE and CCA.

The red / navy blue ē«‹åŒ– tees are Sports CCAs training tees.
House tees are same design as PE tees but in house colours.
Yes, thanks for correcting! As said, sports cca tee, house tee, pe tee, class tee, orientation tee and recently new pe tee for jc. Super many tees!
