She is now in another IP school (not RGS) and would like to transfer to RJC after sec 4. Is it possible? If so, what’s the procedure

You should be posing your above question into the "RI" thread, nothing to do with RGS thread, bec u are talking about Transfer "AFTER" Year 4, from another IP school. Not asking about transfer, "During" Y1 to Y4

The boys are considered as graduated from RI (Sec).

Parents Gateway should have the new RI (JC) record of your child soon. All the best.
