Sorry. From a non-Rgs to Raffles JC
She is now in another IP school (not RGS) and would like to transfer to RJC after sec 4. Is it possible? If so, what’s the procedure -
You should be posing your above question into the "RI" thread, nothing to do with RGS thread, bec u are talking about Transfer "AFTER" Year 4, from another IP school. Not asking about transfer, "During" Y1 to Y4

This one's located in Bishan:
Hi. My DS is in RI JC2 next year, struggling in GP and Chem H2. Anybody got tuition near Bishan to recommend? Or East area would be good as well. Thanks.

In the East side, you have:

I highly recommend this one as the centre helped my son jump from an S grade to a B grade in A-Levels!
These 2 tuiton centres are located next door to each other, at Bishan St 22. PMC for H2 Chem and ACGPS for GP.

Hi,
My child is from IP and would like to ask Yr 5 parents if they can see their child’s information on Parents Gateway. My boy’s information is not on the app since Dec last yr. -

The boys are considered as graduated from RI (Sec).

Parents Gateway should have the new RI (JC) record of your child soon. All the best. -
My DS has taken 3 H2s only for his A level. Is this common, or most will take 4 H2s?

About 85 to 90% in RI take 4 H2s.

Local Autonomous Universities select applicants largely based on their University Admission Score (UAS):-
GP + PW + 3 H2 + 1 H1 (maximum of 90 Rank Points)
A student who cannot manage 4 H2s usually drop one H2 to H1 after promo exams at end of Y5.
However, there are also students who opted for 3 H2s at beginning of Y5 even though they are strong in academics.
All the best to your DS.
