She is taking the big picture view. She knows how to pick her battles (don’t waste ammo on fighting the small skirmishes).

Save your firepower/energy to solve the bigger problems facing your family right now. If HBL is not working out (for whatever reasons), know that it is ok to feedback to the teacher. Don’t shoulder the whole burden of struggling to meet some arbitrary, too-high expectations. The goalposts can be shifted. They are flexible.

πŸ˜‚ Can't wait for the CB to end and get back to classroom teaching. While it's convenient not having to travel around from venue to venue, the long hours in front of workstation got my neck aching at times. πŸ˜“ Might have to make adjustments to my schedule on days packed with lessons if the CB gets extended. :xedfingers:

Ergonomics are important. Please take adequate rest for yourself and look at some greenery outside your window to rest your eyes regularly too πŸ˜… Reminder to myself also as I don’t even remember to drink enough water during my WFH.

              Meanwhile, seen on cheekiemonkies FB:

Kidding! It’s getting better into our 2nd/3rd week.

with staggering figure at 1426, how not to extend school closure ?

If local transmission is down to zero, the cases within dorm shld be contained, even tho number of cases are increasing.

Shldnt they open the school then?

No, schools should remain closed, continue with HBL lessons at home.

If they want to let the older ones attending Junior Colleges to prepare their National \"A\" level exam go school or Polytechnic students go poly, because these students being older, are more mature, more sensible, we will see. But for the younger ones, especially the primary school kids and kindergarteners, should continue with HBL.

If they want to let SMEs business to open after 4 May, there is a separate issue, because that concern business survival.

now with 1426 cases, Singapore has become like the \"Italy, in Asia\"

there are fw, NOT staying inside the dorm.

Some fw are staying OUTSIDE the dorm, making it harder to control.
This can form a second wave, if Singapore let her guard down this time

                    because

there are still migrant workers of other nationalities, NOT tested and not staying in dorm.
This group, not easy to control

If pri still remain closed, how to open work place, these 2 are interlinked.
