And TCM halls with registered practitioners are also allowed to sell retail products at their brick n mortar shops. HH, ZTP do not have resident registered practitioners.
Services like cupping, guasha and tuina are still not allowed.

If you need foot massage and do not have OSIM, just use a chopstick to poke the acupressure points of your toes and soles. Refer to any online foot reflexology map to see where to poke, dig, knead and comb. Can also wear your foot massage slippers at home.
I've some MIC 艾灸 moxibustion neck and shoulder pads to replace acupuncture. It's pretty good for frequent travellers with frequent body aches or joggers with heel pain (Plantar Fasciitis).

I don't think it's realistic to impose the same restrictions on locals as they have imposed on the FWs. The numbers (and costs) would be too large, and the political fallout even worse!

My personal opinion, but unverified, is that the no. of cases is due to some locals with mild or no symptoms not obeying the CB restrictions and spreading the virus around. How many people have we seen in the past week breathing through their chins? (Because that's where their masks are!) And if some do this openly, there must be some who are breaking other rules like gathering and meeting in groups, just that no-one has caught or reported them yet. And contact tracing by questioning these people probably won't work well as they are unlikely to honestly report where they've been and who they've met if they were breaking the rules at the time. -

Remember they were stopped before school closed, so if school can start full time in June, earliest for enrichment would be in Jul I guess. there will be parents who still prefer to stick to online academic tuition using interactive Zoom,
instead of getting their children exposed to the high risks of meeting asymtomatic tuition Teachers or tuition fellow classmates, inside the physical \"face-to-face\" classroom, particularly for students who are Not taking National exam this year. Also, no need to waste precious, valuable time, spent minimum 2 hours on the road (buses / MRT), travelling to tuition centre to and fro. 1 hour there, plus another 1 hour back home.
If not interactive online lessons, eg.
if lesson is play back from pre-recorded video, then no use go tuition centre.
Might as well just google find online and learn whatever you want to learn, yourself
But for Non-academic enrichment classes like violin, piano, dancing, ballet

In terms of protection, face shields protects the eyes? However, there is no air filter per se for shields. -
Does this mean some asymptomatic persons are walking around and spreading the virus unknowingly?
If so, how did these persons get infected in the first place?
