It is called the Terrible Twos and very normal. All children go through this phase around 2 years old.
My 15 month old boy started throwing tantrums a lot 2 months ago, when we tried to disciplining him or not allowing him to do certain things. How to discipline him effectively at this age?
They are finding out if they can push the boundaries. List them clearly beforehand. Stay firm to your boundaries, don’t give in ever. Cos if you give in then they will push back even more.
Eg give a gentle warning, screen time ends in 1 minute, then lets keep the screen & we play cards instead (give a suitable replacement activity). Then commit to removing the screen at the fixed time. Ignore the tantrum and don’t give in. -

I have such a ram. With me, affectionate as a calf, with the rest the character is disgusting - stubborn, vengeful and very vengeful. The manipulator is the same. True, this does not work with me, but the teachers in the garden, and now the teacher in the school, are looking for a special approach to him. The child is seven years old, but I do not know what to do with him in order to change for the better.

Communication is a two-way street. If you want your child to listen to you, you have to be willing to listen to them first. Stubborn children may have strong opinions and tend to argue.

He have not been sleeping well lately because his case became complicated, he dragged his friends into giving police statement even though they were unaware of him shoplifting at that point of time. But now, everything is done and his statement is being sent to AGC. He admitted to shoplifting from the first statement. anyone knows how long it takes for AGC to get back to the police?

I think it was the act over value of item that took more weight. You could try aim for no further action verdict rather then stern warnings. Reason was the latter might or might not affect your son employment records. You could ask the lawyers on the types of warnings and their implications. Try look for veteran lawyers, they could advise better through their experience (most importantly make sure the consultation is free unless engage their service to represent your son). Did the police statement include the stress that your son was undertaking due to family issues?
It may help in their recommendation to AGC. Lastly, I missed out that you could make a request for your MP to write to AGC, include family issues and stress, especially during Covid period.
