2010 P1 Registration Exercise for 2011 In-Take

Thanks for your assurance.
The logistics part will be tough with both in different schools, but in same session. But for the sake of having an affiliated secondary school, I guess it is worth it.

I’m trying to choose between two schools-
1>Nan Hua Primary
2>Henry Park Primary

I think both are good schools, home-school distance abt the same, both eligible for registration in Phase 2A…

Tough decision, so really appreciate any advice from all…

Honestly, both ARE good and popular schools. It's a pleasant dilemma for you to be under 2A in both instances.

A lot of parents will thank you if you opt for HPPS cos I gather it's much harder to get into Nan Hua these days. I recall last year's stats - NH was much tougher to get in compared with Nanyang P Sch.

It's really your own call as to where you want your kids to be in - the school culture, the environment, logistics. Some other factors to consider - available ECAs/other programmes, school strength/niche areas.

Both are good schools and they are GEP schools too. I just have a feeling Nan Hua is stronger in Chinese and Henry Park is stronger in English. If I were you i won't feel stressful at all since you are eligible for 2A.

For my case last time, i have to pray so hard that there are less applicants than the vacancies in 2B so that there won't be balloting.

Actually all along sort of already decided to reg in NHPS, but now having second thoughts.....cos Henry Park is good too ....Difficult to choose...

Yes, It is a \"pleasant dilemma\" but still a difficult decision :oops: Actually I have 3 choices for phase 2A cos my sec sch is a full sch, so also eligible for the primary section. :oops:

that's partly why I'm undecided now. I know Nan Hua is strong in Chinese and Henry Park is strong in English...., but I'm not sure abt the standard of English in Nan Hua or the standard of Chinese in Henry Park...

Moe already announced the Registration date today as above.
Information on schools vacancies by phases will be updated in mid-June 2010

Furthermore, may I know that for PHASE 1 , is it that we just register by the forms given by the teacher through our elder kids , that will do? :?

MUST WE GO DOWN PERSONALLY TO REGISTER AGAIN IN SCHOOL ON JUL 6-7 too ? :?

Anyone can gives me any advise?
