Dear all

Wondering whether anyone can recommend reliable experience cleaning company? Those that provide weekly house cleaning. I m quite irritated with my current domestic part time maid now. Ever since I had moved in together with my parents, she expects my mum to help her 2 n she also had starts to gossip abt other households non stop during her wk hrs. Even though mum dun entertain her but she jus rants n rants…Worse is that she questions my mum when she has to go out to do marketing or picking up my ds. Already given her my piece of mind but simply dun get into her. Had enough but i need replacement b4 I ask her to go as it is not easy for my mum to do housewks n taking care of ds at the same time. Please advise. Many thanks in advance.

Anyone has reasonably priced cleaning company to recommend? Need to clean the whole flat including interior of cabinets before passing keys to tenants.

Do they provide own detergents and cleaning equipment?

            Thanks.

OK I shall answer my own qtn above. Called the companies on below list and KMAC is the cheapest at $350 for my 5 room flat, for one time cleaning. Used them last afternoon and quite satisfied with the service. 4 Cleaners came, for 4.5hours roughly. Price included cleaning equipment and detergent and gst all in. However I was told only Whissh provide chemical cleaning for toilet service.

$350 for cleaning house once, sounds quite expensive no?

You can try Helpling Singapore, they offer from $20 per hour for weekly or fortnightly bookings and they have a great booking system online too!
I have been working as a volunteer and found out two male Singaporean elderly who were retrenched for being old-aged without any compensation despite working in the company as cleaners for many years. These elderly are abled and hardworking. In addition, they hold several cleaning certificates from WSQ. Despite this setback, they maintain a cheerful disposition and do not want to depend on our government although they have mild diabetes and high blood pressure. I had requested them to clean my house last week and I find that they are really diligent and cleaned my parents’ and my home thoroughly.

They are knowledgeable in different types of cleaning chemicals and mentioned to me that if required to, they can bring their hospital grade pure pine essential oil floor cleanser (complimentary) which will also act as a disinfectant and it’s anti-bacterial for homogeneous tiles. This tile cleanser is highly suitable during this COVID-19 and it’s gentle and non-corrosive. Other than that, the essential cleaning equipments will be furnished by home owners.

                        One-off rate:
The rate will be $20 per hour and the minimum hours required will be 3.5 hours.

                        Per week rate:
$18 per hour and the minimum hours required will be 3.5 hours.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/1437902803105381/permalink/2762297960665852/
